Just wanna know..will this have the same effect with crayon eyeliner?
Gel liner hurts my contact lenses for some reason, and it just doesn’t seem to even out properly.
Also, does the setting of the gel liner really work? Does it fade or smudge eventually?
do you mean a pencil??? i’m sure you can get the same effect as long as the tip is sharp! this look can also be achieved with a liquid liner! I filmed this tutorial 4 hours ago, and it hasn’t moved an inch
